Easy Pumpkin Spice Shrub

What is Pumpkin Spice Shrub?
Shrubs are an old-fashioned way of preserving the summer harvest. Shrubs are concentrated, vinegar-based syrups that have been around for centuries and were originally created to preserve herbs and roots by turning them into edible tinctures. Organic local fruits and vegetables are harvested during their peak ripeness and cold pressed with organic cane sugar, and raw fermented vinegars.
