You can enjoy the meaningful ceremony, family photographs and just-married moments, then make your own plans for the rest of the day. It is a ceremony-focused package, with an optional private courtyard celebration available separately. A full reception, meal and drinks service are not included in the ceremony price.

The complete floral setting includes a Real Touch floral arch, with the design discussed during planning; four ground floral arrangements; signing table flowers; and chair aisle markers featuring three Real Touch flowers each, chiffon ribbon and fresh baby’s breath. You can choose your colour palette to suit the atmosphere you love.

For couples who would love to keep their favourite people together after the vows, The Gallery Winery’s private Studio Courtyard can be added for $500 + GST for a cocktail hour. Food and drinks are additional. Food add-ons, including charcuterie from Graze, are available with this private-space booking and quoted separately.

It is a lovely way to let the celebration linger: a toast, conversation and a little time to take it all in. Optional candles, a chandelier feature, a rose-petal aisle and additional photography can also be explored when planning your day. These enhancements are priced separately.

Planning your West Kelowna micro wedding

Gallery ceremony times are 12:00, 1:00, 2:00 or 6:00 p.m., subject to availability. Start by sharing your preferred date, guest count and package choice. We will check venue and supplier availability and talk through your floral preferences and any extras.

You arrange and pay for your own BC marriage licence. A 50% deposit and signed agreement secure the booking, with the balance due 30 days before your celebration. An inquiry starts the conversation and does not reserve a date.
