How Much Does an Elopement in Kelowna Cost? A 2027 Package Guide
Imagine exchanging vows with Okanagan Lake beyond you, flowers beside the aisle, and your closest people gathered nearby. A small wedding can hold all that romance while keeping the planning and budget easier to understand.
For couples planning a 2027 celebration, Pickadilly’s currently offers ceremony packages from $3,815 plus GST. This guide compares our own packages; it is not an estimate of every wedding provider’s prices. Prices were checked November 5, 2026, and your date and final quote must be confirmed.

What your ceremony package includes
Looking at a package price is more useful when you can see the services it brings together. Every package includes planning and ceremony-day coordination, an officiant, a fresh bouquet and boutonnière, guest chairs, a signing table and signing chairs, a speaker for your chosen songs, and a complimentary site visit.
Photography includes one hour and 80 edited photographs in colour and black and white. Additional photography packages are available on request. The 90-minute venue booking and one-hour photography coverage are different allotments; your ceremony and portraits are timed during planning.

What changes with the Signature floral experience?
The Intimate option suits couples who love the venue’s existing setting and want the essentials arranged. Signature packages add the fuller Pickadilly’s floral atmosphere: a Real Touch floral arch, ground aisle arrangements, signing-table flowers, your choice of palette, and floral installation and removal.
At Sanctuary Gardens, Signature styling also includes four large ground aisle markers and chair aisle markers with three Real Touch flowers each, chiffon ribbon and fresh baby’s breath. Your arch design is discussed during planning. Fresh personal flowers are distinct from the Real Touch ceremony installations.
For Sanctuary, the difference between Intimate and Signature is $885 before GST, or $929.25 including GST. That comparison helps you decide whether the fuller floral setting belongs in your budget.
A garden ceremony or private winery setting?
Sanctuary Gardens offers a peaceful garden and timber pavilion with lake and mountain views. Both packages welcome the couple and up to 12 guests. Read our Sanctuary Gardens package guide for a closer look.
The Gallery Winery offers an intimate winery setting in West Kelowna. Its Intimate package accommodates up to 12 guests; its Signature Micro Ceremony accommodates up to 30. Explore our Gallery Winery ceremony guide to picture the experience.
What should you budget for separately?
These are ceremony-focused packages. Leave room for your marriage licence, outfits, rings, travel and accommodation, and any dinner or reception you choose afterward. Those costs depend on your plans and are not included in the totals above.
Optional décor, extra photography and other enhancements can change the quote. Choose extras because they matter to you: perhaps longer photography coverage or a particular finishing touch. Ask Shannon to confirm the complete total before committing.
Choosing flowers without losing your own style
Signature styling offers a choice of floral palette. You can explore the current colours in the package builder and share a custom combination in your inquiry. Shannon will confirm what is possible, the design and any additional cost. A cohesive palette can carry beautifully from your vows to the signing table and portraits.
A smaller wedding, thoughtfully planned
A smaller guest list leaves room to focus on the moments you want to remember: the song that begins your walk, the words you say, and the first photographs after you are married. Planning and ceremony-day coordination by Shannon help bring the details together so you can enjoy that anticipation.
Begin with your guest count, preferred setting and ceremony budget. Then compare Intimate and Signature, add only the details you love, and request your date.
