Elopements & Weddings · November 4, 2026
Imagine the moment before you walk down the aisle. Your favourite song begins, the people closest to you turn to look, and beyond the ceremony space, Okanagan Lake stretches toward the mountains. There is room to breathe, to take their hand, and to remember every word.
A Sanctuary Gardens elopement in West Kelowna offers that intimate kind of romance. With Pickadilly’s, the setting comes together with thoughtful planning, professional photography, an officiant, and the little details that make a small wedding feel deeply personal.

Sanctuary Gardens brings together a peaceful garden setting, a timber-framed ceremony pavilion, and sweeping lake and mountain views. It is a lovely choice for couples dreaming of a small Okanagan wedding with a sense of occasion and a little storybook charm.
Picture your vows framed by the pavilion, chairs gathered close to the aisle, and flowers drawing your eye toward the person waiting for you. After the ceremony, the garden and lake views create a beautiful backdrop for portraits together.

Pickadilly’s offers two packages at Sanctuary Gardens, each for the couple plus up to 12 guests, with a 90-minute venue booking.
For couples who love the garden setting and want the ceremony essentials thoughtfully arranged, the Intimate Elopement keeps the experience simple and meaningful. Enjoy the venue’s existing ceremony setting, fresh personal flowers, and the support of your ceremony team.
For couples who imagine exchanging vows surrounded by flowers, the Signature Elopement adds Pickadilly’s full floral setting. Lush Real Touch installations bring colour and softness to the ceremony, with a coordinated design that carries from the aisle to the signing table.
Both packages include:
Extra photography packages are available upon request. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST; optional additions are extra. Your date and final arrangements are confirmed during booking.

Imagine an aisle softened by flowers, an arch framing your vows, and delicate chair accents finished with chiffon ribbon. The Signature Elopement brings the floral story through the whole ceremony, right down to the place where you sign your marriage documents.

These photographs show a previous Sanctuary Gardens wedding and offer inspiration for the setting. Your installation, flower selection, and layout are planned around your chosen package and confirmed design.
Your garden wedding does not have to look like anyone else’s. With the Signature Elopement, choose a floral palette that reflects your style, from timeless whites to a gentle wash of colour.
Have a different colour combination in mind? Share it in your inquiry. Shannon can discuss what is possible and confirm the flowers, design, and any additional cost before you book. The fresh bouquet and boutonnière are separate from the Real Touch ceremony installations.
There is something lovely about the quieter moments of a wedding: the shared smile as you sit together, the pen passed from hand to hand, and the realization that you are now married.
Your signing table and chairs are included in both packages. With the Signature Elopement, signing-table flowers carry your chosen floral story through this part of the ceremony, too.

A smaller wedding should still feel cared for. Shannon with Pickadilly’s helps bring your venue, ceremony details, floral choices, and timing together, so you can spend less time managing arrangements and more time looking forward to the day.
Your complimentary site visit gives you a chance to explore the setting and picture the experience. On the day, ceremony coordination helps the celebration flow, while the Signature package also includes floral installation and removal.
Choose the song you want to walk toward, the colours you love, and the people you want beside you. We will help bring those decisions together into a celebration that feels personal.

These packages focus on your elopement ceremony. You might follow your vows with a restaurant dinner, a private family celebration, or a quiet evening together. Plan reception food, drinks, and accommodation separately from the ceremony package.
It can be a wedding day that feels beautifully considered without the scale of a large reception: meaningful vows, lovely photographs, and time with the people you love.

Both packages are for the couple plus up to 12 guests. For a larger celebration, explore our Gallery Winery micro ceremony guide and compare options on the package page.
The venue booking is 90 minutes. Photography includes one hour, with additional photography options available upon request. Ceremony and portrait timing are discussed during planning.
Both include a fresh bouquet and boutonnière. The Signature Elopement adds the Real Touch arch, ground aisle flowers, chair aisle markers, signing-table flowers, and floral installation and removal.
The elopement experience includes a weather plan with indoor backup space and clear umbrellas. Shannon will discuss the arrangements for your date and setup.
