PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026. Pickadilly’s Event Styling uses information submitted through this website to respond to inquiries, manage requested event details, operate the website, and understand how the site is being used.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, event date and time, venue details, selected package or design, colour palette, add-ons, budget, company information, notes, and other details you choose to provide. To understand site use, we also record privacy-conscious website activity such as an anonymous session identifier, pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, and approximate city, region and country.

Visitor analytics and approximate location

Pickadilly’s uses anonymous session-level analytics to understand which pages visitors view, the order pages are viewed, general traffic sources, device/browser category, and approximate geographic interest. Approximate city, region and country are derived from the visitor’s IP address for the location lookup, but Pickadilly’s visitor analytics do not store the IP address or an exact street address. This information is used to improve the website and understand general visitor behaviour, not to identify an individual visitor.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review availability, respond to requests, prepare event details and pricing, communicate about bookings, and operate Pickadilly’s Event Styling. Website service providers may process information needed for hosting, website functions, analytics, security, and email delivery. Information may be processed outside Canada depending on the service provider.

You may contact Pickadilly’s if you have a privacy question or want to ask about personal information you have submitted through the website. This policy may be updated as the website and its services change.
