Pickadilly’s Event Styling · West Kelowna, British Columbia. These website terms explain our general inquiry and booking process. Your signed event contract specifies the applicable services, prices and booking terms.
Submitting a request through this website does not reserve a date, guarantee venue availability or create a confirmed booking. We review your details and contact you to confirm availability, scope and pricing.
After approval, we send your agreement through DocuSign and your invoice through Square. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date; the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event unless your written agreement states otherwise. Bookings are confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and required deposit.
We understand that plans can change. As your date is reserved and event preparation begins specifically for your booking, payments are non-refundable. We are happy to explore requests to change dates where availability permits; changes are not guaranteed and may affect costs. Your signed agreement governs cancellations and rescheduling.
Website estimates are shown in Canadian dollars and may not include GST, venue fees, travel or custom additions unless stated. Final pricing, location, setup and collection arrangements and services are confirmed in your written agreement.
We use the contact details you provide to respond to your inquiry and manage your booking. If you choose to consent to text messages, they will only concern your inquiry or booking, never marketing. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
