What are Real Touch wedding flowers?
Real Touch flowers are premium faux blooms designed to closely mimic the look and feel of fresh flowers. Pickadilly’s uses them for ceremony pillars, floral arches, aisle flowers, centrepieces and other wedding installations across Kelowna and the Okanagan.
What wedding florals can I rent from Pickadilly’s?
Available pieces can include ceremony arches or floral pillars, aisle flowers, statement arrangements, bud vases, centrepieces and other coordinated floral décor. The wedding builder shows the current designs and add-ons available for your date.
Do you offer ceremony-only wedding flower styling?
Yes. Pickadilly’s specializes in elevated ceremony styling and can create a focused floral design for the ceremony without requiring full reception décor. Selected ceremony pieces may also be repurposed later in the day when timing and venue access allow.
Do faux wedding flowers look real in photos?
High-quality Real Touch flowers are designed to photograph naturally, including in close-up wedding photography. They also keep their shape throughout the day without wilting in Okanagan summer heat.
Are wedding flower rentals less expensive than fresh flowers?
It depends on the design, flower varieties and scale. Renting Real Touch florals can make large statement installations more accessible because the arrangements are reusable, but Pickadilly’s focuses on the finished look rather than trying to imitate a fresh-flower quote item for item.
Can I choose my wedding flower colours?

How do wedding flower rentals work?
You choose your ceremony design and add-ons, submit your wedding date and venue, and Pickadilly’s confirms availability and final logistics. For styled bookings, delivery, installation and takedown are coordinated around venue access.
Can ceremony flowers be moved to the reception?
Often, yes. Floral pillars and other statement pieces can sometimes be repurposed behind a sweetheart table or elsewhere at the reception. Feasibility depends on timing, venue access and the space available for safe setup.
Are Real Touch flowers suitable for outdoor Okanagan weddings?
Yes. One of their biggest advantages is that they do not wilt in heat the way fresh flowers can. Outdoor installations still need appropriate weighting and a weather plan for wind or severe conditions.
How far in advance should I book wedding flower rentals in Kelowna?
