With custom décor, award-winning cake, and fresh Okanagan charcuterie, the event combined effortless beauty with thoughtful details — all styled by Pickadilly’s.
The Welcome Moment
Guests were greeted at the entrance with a beautiful Baby Shower Flower Box Welcome Sign, printed with “Baby Bear In Bloom” and filled with Real Touch roses and orchids in blush and ivory. It was the perfect photo-worthy moment to set the tone for the day.
🌸 A Stunning Setting at Frind Winery
Set on the shores of Okanagan Lake in West Kelowna, Frind Estate Winery provided a picturesque backdrop with panoramic water views and vineyard charm. The space accommodated a long table for 20 guests, perfectly placed for lakefront dining and mingling.
Guests were welcomed with:

Signature charcuterie boards featuring locally sourced meats, cheeses, and handcrafted spreads made by the Frind family

The star of the show? A custom 7-foot blush wavy backdrop with the phrase “Baby Bear in Bloom” in soft white script —o elegant Real Touch floral pillar in pastel tones.
Beneath it sat a matching award-winning cake by Cake for Breakfast, tying the look together with playful detail and polish.

Inquire & Pick a Package
Reach out through our website or email and choose from one of our pre-styled baby shower packages (Blush, Rosé, or Luxe). Not sure which one fits? We’re happy to recommend the best match based on your guest count, venue, and vision.
Customize the Details
Once your date is confirmed, we’ll personalize your package with your chosen colour palette, signage wording (like “Baby in Bloom”), and floral style. We’ll also chat through any special touches — like themed menus, name cards, or a bloom bar add-on.
Confirm with a Deposit
To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. We’ll send a clear contract and invoice so everything is easy to review.
Receive Your Personalized Design Booklet
Once booked, you’ll receive a custom digital booklet outlining everything you’ve reserved — including your backdrop, signage, florals, and any styling details. This helps you visualize the entire setup and gives you peace of mind leading up to the event.
