Romantic Okanagan views meet timeless Real Touch florals

A Dream West Kelowna Wedding Setting
Perched above the shimmering waters of Okanagan Lake, Two Eagles Golf Course and Dine 19 Restaurant offers one of the most breathtaking wedding ceremony backdrops in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Couples exchange vows overlooking manicured greens with rolling hills, lake, and mountain views—perfect for unforgettable photographs.
Pickadilly’s was honored to design every floral detail for this elegant celebration, bringing our luxury Real Touch flowers to life in a way that matched the venue’s breathtaking scenery.
Why Faux Flowers Save Couples Thousands
Curious what the same designs would cost in fresh blooms? For example this styled wedding with a flower-box welcome sign, 16 aisle markers, two oversized barrel arrangements, and a full head-table cascade. The total for these Real Touch faux flowers was about $1,875.
If created with fresh, premium flowers—think roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas and greenery—the same look would typically run $4,400 – $4,700 CAD, based on current Okanagan florist pricing. That’s a savings of roughly $2,600 – $3,000 without sacrificing beauty or elegance.
By choosing real touch faux florals, couples enjoy all the lush, photo-ready style of fresh arrangements while keeping thousands of dollars in their wedding budget for other priorities—like photography, entertainment, or an unforgettable honeymoon.
Real Touch Faux | Comparable Fresh Flowers | |

16 Aisle Markers | $560 | ~$1,400 |
2 Large Barrel Arrangements | $780 | ~$1,950 |
Head Table Arrangement | $350 | ~$625 |
Total | ≈ $1,875 | ≈ $4,400 – $4,700 |
The Ceremony: Soft, Elegant, and Breezy
For this wedding, we styled the ceremony doors so they framed the sweeping panorama. Light-pink Real Touch roses, detailed with a very light dusting of green on each petal, created delicate chair-aisle markers. We paired them with fresh baby’s breath and soft chiffon ribbons that streamed beautifully in the gentle Okanagan breeze.
A flower-box welcome sign, accented with Real Touch blooms and custom calligraphy font, greeted guests and set the romantic tone. Ceremony barrel flowers, brimming with lush faux and fresh textures, anchored the altar and added natural depth.

Aisle Flowers: Soft Petals that Moved with the Breeze
Along the ceremony aisle, light-pink Real Touch roses—each petal brushed with a whisper of natural green—were paired with fresh baby’s breath and tied with long chiffon ribbons. The ribbons floated gracefully in the gentle Okanagan breeze, proving that high-quality artificial flowers can feel every bit as natural and emotive as fresh blooms.

Ceremony Barrel Flowers: Framing the Vows
At the altar, Pickadilly’s signature barrel arrangements overflowed with premium Real Touch roses, dahlias, ranunculus, veronicas, and hydrangeas, and greenery creating a lush, garden-style frame for the couple’s vows. Each bloom was meticulously placed to achieve natural movement and layered dimension—yet every flower was artificial and reusable, designed to stay flawless from the first kiss to sunset portraits. These custom faux arrangements reflect Pickadilly’s commitment to eco-friendly luxury: breathtaking wedding florals that look and feel freshly cut, without the worry of wilting in Okanagan heat or evening breezes.

Reception Styling: Subtle Luxury at Dine 19
Inside Dine 19, guests enjoyed a warm, modern space with floor-to-ceiling windows. We designed a full floral cascade for the head table, blending premium Real Touch roses, peonies, and hydrangeas with fresh touches. The result was effortlessly luxurious and maintenance-free for the entire celebration.

Why We Chose Real Touch Flowers
Real Touch flowers are high-end artificial blooms made from advanced polymers and fabrics. They look and feel so real that many guests can’t tell they’re not freshly cut.
Authentic beauty: Intricate veining and subtle colour gradients—like the faint green blush on these pink roses—mimic nature perfectly.
Weather-proof: Ideal for Okanagan weddings where summer heat or sudden breezes can wilt fresh petals.
Eco-friendly & budget-smart: Reusable and long-lasting, making them a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional fresh flowers.
It’s no wonder Real Touch is transforming the artificial/silk flower world, quickly becoming the preferred choice for modern couples.
Tips for Your Two Eagles / Dine 19 Wedding
Photography: Schedule golden-hour portraits to capture the lake and mountains in the softest light.
Wind considerations: Lightweight décor like chiffon ribbons photographs beautifully when the doors are open.
Mix fresh & faux: Adding a few fresh accents such as baby’s breath provides natural fragrance while keeping the main arrangements reusable.
